Taking Advantage of Plumber Continuing Education

When you first decided to become a plumber, you took courses and completed a rigorous apprenticeship to prepare for a career in this challenging field. There’s no doubt that your plumbing courses offered a solid foundation for the work that you do today. Choosing continuing education is a great way to bolster your knowledge base while learning about new developments in the industry.

Of course, earning continued education credits is also essential for professional licensing. All Illinois plumbing licenses expire on May 1 and must be renewed before you can continue work. In order to renew your license, you’ll need to prove that you completed four hours of continuing education in the field. At IPC, we pride ourselves on providing innovative, useful courses to plumbers of all experience levels. We’ll be happy to help you meet your continuing education requirement.

Choosing Plumbing Courses that Meet Your Needs

According to Illinois law, you must complete continuing education courses before you can renew your plumbing license. Our classes are designed to help you meet your training obligations while providing useful information that you can apply in your professional life. Unless indicated otherwise, all of our continuing education classes have been approved by the state and count towards your four-hour requirement.

Our courses offer all of the following:

  • Help you meet training requirements with one Saturday session.
